This is training aimed to teach proper mechanics and building strength with the goal of easing activities of daily living and improving sport-specific performance.
Corrective Exercises
These are exercises tailored to correct neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction that are causing pain and poor functions as well as reinforce posture correction and proper muscle activation.
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization
DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) is a rehabilitation approach which stimulates movement control centers in the brain to activate how our bodies were meant to move by restoring and stabilizing locomotor function.
